If you can find your way into a senior position, the money is good. However, this comes at the expense of underpaying junior staffers. Good benefits.
Cons
Junior staffers are severely underpaid and overworked, while senior staffers can be fired at the drop of a hat for no apparent reason. The company refuses to install an HR department, even when staffers are begging for more oversight. Verbal abuse is allowed due to the lack of accountability. POC workers are showcased in front of clients as diversity ammo.
