Berkadia is such a unique place to work. I have spent nearly 8 years of my professional career here and have greatly enjoyed the people, culture and pace at which the firm has grown. They have always stayed true to being client focused and people centric. The business model is extremely sharp so as far as stability is concerned for a private firm Berkadia has what it takes to continue to take care of its employees. I also love how the firm is focused on innovation and recently AI.
