Pros

Good work life balance, good starting salary. Some really great co-workers. Low stress for the most part. Beautiful location.

Cons

Management does not really care about their employees. There are no raises that meet inflation. Lots of empty promises. No real training structure. Serious lack of communication between teams and sometimes even between co-workers. HR department is not helpful at all for anything. Employees are very expendable and turnover is very high. Lots of people there are very arrogant and will treat you as if you are stupid. If you ask questions about certain applications and what they do, no one has an answer and management will not tell you. Lots of changes, we used to have a good amount of personal days and vacation days. They have taken a lot of that away. We used to be able to take 3 week vacations plus sick time and personal time. They have take away almost all of the personal days and now people are forced to use more vacation days. Bottom line...they want more from each employee. But they do not want to properly compensate anyone for it. Atmosphere is starting to feel like a small high school. If you are not in with the managers and all buddy-buddy with them, then it does not matter how hard you work. You will get nothing in return.

Pros

Work/Life Balance is good overall in office 4 days a week, only WFH on Fridays sucks

Cons

Not flexible in WFH, come to the office just to sit on teams calls all day Salary/bonus structure sucks, there is no merit involved in raises, it's a popularity contest. People that have been here for years with all of the knowledge are passed up on promotions and opportunities and are given to all of the new Indian people that the CIO hires. It's really hard to understand anything that is said in an all hands meeting, too thick of an accent, the men don't value women, it's just overall not a good culture
