Flexible working hours and that’s about it.
Cons
Terrible salary. Your performance evaluation is purposely lowballed so they don’t have to increase your hourly wage. They offer a ridiculous criteria to try to increase your wage such as teaching 100 lessons but then the scheduling team fails to give you 100 lessons a month. Been working here a couple of years and not once has the salary adapted with inflation. The hourly rate is far below minimum wage in the USA. The hourly wage is 9USD. I would love to know how their US employees would like to live on that wage scale.
