Constantly hiring and replacing people. The owner watches everything you do and decides on gut instinct whether you are capable to do the role. Convinces you that you've had plenty of support and makes you feel guilty if you are unsure. A minimum expectation to go above and beyond when this shouldn't be taken for granted.
