Pros

-Strong Reputation: Bernards is a well-known name in California, especially in public works, healthcare, and education projects, which looks great on a resume. -Supportive Team Environment: Colleagues and mentors are generally approachable and willing to help, which can make a big difference when you're starting out.

Cons

-Limited Upward Mobility Early On: For newer team members, growth can feel slow or unclear unless you're assertive about your goals. -Communication Gaps: At times, there's a disconnect between field and office staff, which can lead to inefficiencies or confusion. -Workload Imbalance: Depending on the team or project, some APMS may be underutilized while others are stretched thin.

Pros

None there’s not one thing good about this company

Cons

If your not in the circle the will eventually get rid of you it’s a good ole boys club. There was only three black people. Now two in the whole company. They are extremely cheap they just have a regional lunch for Christmas. My px was tough until he fired me and i told him i wanted to fight him and he actually ran and sat in his car.
