Pros
Responsible pto and fmla policy are excellent. Like all CPA firms, office outings and treats during busy season. Notable steps towards improving DEI.
Cons
Billable budgets are high and the pto policy is not administered equally between departments so some may get more time off than others. Many client facing members of management have no clue how to manage people and also disregard trainings to improve their soft skills.
