Pros
Nice team, good training, felt very supported. Hybrid models is good since you can work from home as much as you like. Very multicultural.
Cons
Low salary, no real benefits, poor communication. Was sent to work from home with the sentence "you will still be in the morning and weekday shifts for a while" and then thrown into the weekend shift the next week without any warning. I had something planned for that weekend for months, it would have at least been nice to ask if I even had time. Also asked for off days months in advance and was denied multiple times only for the higher ups to then give me off exactly these days on a whim due to me changing teams. So apparently it was possible, the person writing the shift plans just didn't want to
