Be cautious if considering a role here - Production Assistant Bespoke Banter Employee Review

Fully remote, not much else.

I'm not surprised by the other reviews from former employess, as I did not feel valued in my role. The expectations of this jobs reach far beyond what they're willing to pay. There is a massive expectation to be avaiable at beck and call no matter the hour of day. I entered this job with no outline of my expectations day to day, and did not receive any training or handover. Upper management is very disorganized. This is less of “producer” role and much more of a personal assistant role, as upper managment has a very poor grasp of his own responsibilies, let alone his employees. Mass turnover is indicitive of a larger company problem.

Would argue that there are not many positives or benefits from working at the company unless you’re looking to gain some experience in production, but given the treatment of the employees it wouldn’t be worth it

The director of the company is very inept and struggles with basic tasks so requires a lot of handholding from junior employees. They are also exploitative and try to cut corners on paying employees, such as trying to get out of paying pensions etc. The company is generally disorganised which makes getting any work done very difficult
