Pros

The employee discount keeps most of us around, they are helpful when you have a family event or emergency. Some of the managers are down to earth and treat you as a equal, Find a good store to work for they are differant go and visit them and ask the employees how they like it if they seem happy most likely you will be too. Its not the worst place to work but they could take steps to make things alot better

Cons

No hours, under trained, no praise, overall management is horrible. All they focus on is numbers forget about the client they just want us to get there money

Pros

-It's a job that is available in most locations.

Cons

-The company, on a corporate level, doesn't seem to grasp the value of the talent they have. - Close ties with Citibank subvert the importance of product knowledge, customer service, and revenue for credit card sales. - Daily Performance check-ins are overbearing and myopic. - Tends to burnout motivated employees with false carrots and hollow promises. - Pay's terrible, and rides the line of predatory at times.
