Pros

Being an employee has far better perks than being a leader for the company. Benefits (Health, 401k which is gone at this time, PTO use it or lose it).

Cons

ALL responsibility for others roles or lack of others work lands on leadership. Worked to the bone, making significant sacrifices just to hold the walls from falling over. Poor leadership everywhere, disengaged workers doing the minimum to get by and a huge lack of pride are present everywhere.

Pros

Learned so many skills. Lots of training.

Cons

Pay is just okay, but expected for entry level.

Pros

Flexible hours, employee perks such as discounted products, offers 401(k) despite being part-time, coworkers who are nice to work with.

Cons

Management is quick to call-out sales that have nothing attached to it (warranties, card applications, memberships, or accessories). There is a rodent problem that has not been addressed for nearly a year; food and beverages cannot be sold at this store.
