Pros
the pay was great, the rules were lax, the job was satisfying, had plenty of room to grow up the ladder, this is probably the best position within the whole company, unless you get up to GM
Cons
One con was that pay grades are rigidly pre-determined, so once you were at the top of that job's range then no raises unless you move to another position
