Leadership and HR take the time to build a strong culture of leadership and openness with team to help learn and grow. Encouraged to network. Fast paced but realistic. Good work/life balance. Focused on prioritizing the work with biggest impact.
Cons
Retail environment is tricky. Not a lot of investment into team culture with budget for team bonding activities. Significant focus on reducing operational expenses. Sometimes the run the business work that would help retail field teams significantly is prioritized lower than the new growth work making it ultimately hard to grow because foundational elements are not there.
