      Occasionally a nice lunch for employees

      Cons

      Benefits are horrible, very high deductible on insurance that basically pays nothing. Turnover rate extremely high here. Pay doesn’t keep up with cost of living.

      You get off early on Fridays

      Cons

      You are required to develop new business from their existing contacts/leads. All there existing contacts/leads HATES this company so you can’t secure new business. Also, they’re really selfish when it comes to paying the independent drivers. They find any excuse not to pay the independent drivers the amount agreed upon.
