Expect to work 50+ hours for very little money Expect to be disrespected by HQ Loyalty doesn't matter. Incredibly negative atmosphere. ALWAYS fear losing your job. CEO has his favorite employees who can do no wrong. Expect heavy micro management. Inferior products. No marketing so no brand awareness. (in USA) High turnover rate.
