Pros
The colleague that'll you'll find there are so determined, hardworking, but are very underpaid and underappreciated - I guess thats how the rich stay richer
Cons
We had a colleague who had a stroke due to stressful working conditions, and was forced to return to work ignoring the doctors advice because the individual was told they wouldn't get paid. We had a colleague whos mum has stage 4 cancer and left because the company, her boss, was manipulative, rude, always belittled them and just didn't provide the support she needed. The staff were not looked after at all. The office was always cold Monday to Wednesday and it was excused because the heating would be turned off during the weekend. Staff receive no benefits. There was definitely an act of racism. Those who lived in the North got away with a lot, e.g working from home, and the people who worked in Park Royal had nothing, not even allowed to work from home. If you are employed to work there, your best bet is to go on JSA and find a better job. There is no opportunity for progression. There is no help towards anything. The company would throw around core values whilst doing everything but that. It was a sweetshop. Staff would work from 8am to 8pm and it was just allowed.
