Good work environment. Good benefits. Enjoy the coworkers and the way everyone comes together when there are problems.

Not much room for advancement. Union position but union does not do much to help when bargaining. Used to get Saturday OT and OT for over 8 hours. All new employees do not receive this benefit going forward. With mediocre pay rate the OT policy was a nice benefit to attract talent.

Ability to work from home. Decent time off.

No room for advancement. Management plays the favorites game.
