      Pros

      There is an open office culture, which allows you to do work on what you love. The office hours are pretty flexible. The CEO is very incredibly humble, smart and intelligent. The company has one of the most fantastic management teams that I have seen in my career. There is very strong ownership among every team member.

      They should have more parties.

      Pros

      Good Work culture . Flexible timings. No Politics in our team . Kudos to Our Team Lead :) Peers are friendly and cooperative. Immense opportunities to learn new technologies that life will. Challenging and time bound tasks are assigned which demand meticulous thinking and fast implementation of tasks.

      Cons

      Very Few Leaves which get reimbursed at the end of the financial Year. Therefore, you are left with 0 leaves in the new financial year . Last Saturday is working. Very few or negligible recreational Activities.
