      I can’t think of anything besides benefits.

      Cons

      They will give you outdated trainings and expect you to deliver 112 packages on your first day by 4pm without an experienced employee to ride along with you. If you don’t reach their expectations, they will call you the next day saying they don’t want to fire you but that you’re failing miserably and should probably put your 2 weeks in…

      Pay is good, People are nice to drivers mostly

      Cons

      Toxic Management, Dehumanizing owner, Will force your resignation/reduce all your working hours without telling you. One day I had a job the next I was unemployed with no warning or call, email, or text.
