Mostly steady schedule, overtime was usually voluntary, management seemed easy to get along with. They also are very willing to teach good employees new skills.

Very high turnover, at times there would be new people every week. Old building, lots of out of date stuff, needed quite a bit of repair that never seemed to be a concern. The work can be very physically demanding.
