      compared to other companies in mexico, the benefits are actually not bad

      Cons

      no culture, don't let yourself be fooledñ leadership doesn't know what they're doing no growth after 2 years of firing everyone and hiring mexican engineers, layoffs are still a thing

      Good base pay, great coworkers

      Cons

      No transparency across senior leadership, bad cross-functional team work, very siloed, unrealistic quota goals, poor product reliability, no 401K matching, expensive benefits, no room for upward mobility, no room for skills growth, tons of churn with no meaningful new sales.
