Pros
They have an 8% retirement match. There are some nice folks but overall there is nothing here that outweighs the negatives.
Cons
This company is ping-ponging around every 3-6 months trying to find a strategy that works. Throwing money around with no long term plan. There've been 3 rounds of lay-offs in less than 2 1/2 years. Many of whom haven't even been there a year - and there are more to come in 2026. The company culture is a disengenuous comedy of pizza parties and posters that sound good but mean nothing. High performers are not welcome here - they can see through the chaos and don't stand for the unprofessional and sometimes unethical treatment. So they have to be driven out by demeaning them, demoting them or discharging them outright. This company prefers compliant, mediocre employees that don't present any challlenge to the fiasco's as they unfold. Many of the people managers are ill-equipped at best and incompetent at worst. The 125 year-old fraternal "member-focused" mission is being dismissively hollowed out by the CEO. Joining this company is professionally akin to buying a ticket on the titanic. It might look good at first...but chances are slim you'll make it out alive.
