Pros
Working at Betterfly has been an amazing experience so far. It's really difficult to pick, but just to mention a few of my favorite things, I would have to say: the talented people that I get to work with, the dedicated work of the people team to really take care of the employees, the great collaboration between teams and the intense rhythm of the startup culture.
Cons
keeping up with the rhythm of a growing startup company is definitely a challenge.
