As Periscope continues to compete on a national scale for large opportunities, change is unavoidable. The executive and management teams are open to new approaches. Freedom to think differently is embraced which creates opportunity for employees in any area or level in the company. As a result, the energy created by those who are committed is truly contagious. I’m motivated by the impact teams are able to generate internally and inspired by being a part of a bigger growth story. I, along with several of my peers have had the opportunity to broaden our careers and work on different businesses. This has lead to great personal and career growth. Working on game changing strategies, attending relevant conferences, training and immersion to different industries have all been rewarding. I appreciate the celebrated successes, and at the same time the permission to fail hard and fast. My manager has been invested in working with me to map my career goals and finding new areas of growth. I feel fortunate to be much more than a number as my career evolves. My skills and talents are recognized, valued and leveraged. Members of the executive team have a healthy respect for each another. You can tell from afar that they not only enjoy working together, but their strengths compliment one another. The CEO is a visionary. She leads with authenticity and strong professional drive. Monthly, she meets with employees from different areas in the organization to make a personal connection and listen.
