There has been a lot of change over the last couple of years.

great mission, love youth, good benefits, attempt to work with employees and offer flexibility

understaffed quite a bit putting a strain on the org, needs to be more organized and stable. they have gone thru lots of changes and transitions. if you can roll with that, great, if you are a person that needs super structure, this may not be the place.
