Pros
- Ability to earn good money, but it’s a potential - You can work from home if allowed - Very good health insurance - 401k match up to 5%
Cons
- the metrics we are held to benefit the top performers. If you don’t meet their metrics, you get threaten to be fired - Mainly men are promoted to upper management - There is no sick pay, you get maybe 4 hours a paycheck as PTO - If you don’t have PTO you basically out of luck - managers and upper management expect things from us that don’t seem reasonable, especially since they don’t remember what’s it’s like to be in the sales floor - Only top performers get recognized, and the recognition is based off of metrics - they say they have a flexible schedule, but if you try to not work a scheduled weekend it’s most likely the request to change the day will get denied - Manager don’t really train you unless you ask them to - you have to work 40 hours a week, anything less you have to either use pto or get reprimanded
