Poor communication between staff,employees,contractors ,safety meetings every payday for 1.5 hours, that honestly is another way of seeing who shows up on a payday honestly, if things our broke were to fill out a maintenance report and wait for repairs, in a perfect world maybe, mask fit tests available while in 4 weeks bam BEARD no one shaves till the next test which obviously is a joke and waste of time, saftey talks but doesn't walk, don't expect to switch Divisions, and way to much Favoritism,

High level of accountability. Detailed systems. Desire to do things right> Personal development

Lots of paperwork. Can't hide- if you are a company fit- you will thrive. If not, you will not feel comfortable.
