      I enjoyed working with my team, fun people, learned a lot about off-price retailing.

      Cons

      A huge amount of lay-offs at the end of 2015. No security at this company whatsoever.

      Layoffs are difficult and we do not take them lightly. While we must make difficult decisions sometimes we also work hard to rebound. Overstock is filled with great teams and individuals and we know our combined efforts will help us to succeed.

      Pros

      Coworkers are my main reason for coming back daily, I'd hate to let them down.

      Cons

      Toxic ceo is more focused on being confrontational than productive. The consensus in his town hall meetings is to 'keep your head down, avoid direct eye contact, do not ask questions'. He's focusing on building the upper management team while regular layoffs of people who actually do the heavy lifting is reducing our actual output.
