Pros
- Company is careful to hire the right people, and everyone works hard. - IT Department is very progressive and results oriented. - Best IT staff in Utah - Brainpower, good communicators, and few big egos. - Fun company events (Lagoon, Saltair concerts). - Office location is great (Old Mill). - Recently we got covered parking for all, a big improvement. - Good Compensation (Salary, Bonus, 401k).
Cons
- Not enough PTO - Health Benefits are Mediocre (Would prefer IHC-based coverage). - Patrick's antics and outspoken behavior have created a lot of enemies, and left many outsiders scratching their heads. How will this affect the company long term?
