Pros
There are still a few hardworking and talented individuals remaining, but they are overburdened and undervalued.
Cons
Beyond Inc. used to be an exceptional company where employees felt valued and supported. Unfortunately, those days are long gone. Leadership no longer rewards loyalty or cares about retaining talent. Decades-long employees, along with their deep knowledge and experience, have been kicked to the curb. Beyond Inc. has lost its identity and its ability to deliver value to customers or employees. The rebranding efforts have only confused customers, and the company’s prices are not competitive in the market. There is no clear strategy. Layoffs happen on a seemingly random basis, punishing employees who remain by forcing them to take on unsustainable workloads. Leadership continues to ignore feedback and push poorly planned projects, only to see them fail and blame others for the results. Benefits have been stripped, including on-site resources that once made this a place people wanted to work. Bonuses and career advancement opportunities are nonexistent, and leadership has made it clear these won’t be returning anytime soon. Morale is at rock bottom, and the company feels like a sinking ship.
