Products were fantastic .Female Sales manager Sold us on a “positive” culture that does not exist. R&D team aloud to do whatever releasing products that no customer wants last minute with 0 profitability! Then CEO tells sales team he has “been in sales before and that it is not hard”- when products they are told to sell -last minute are not what customers even want. leadership team at the top making bad decisions . Guy hired recently that came from toilet paper 0 food sales experience! Company is doomed.
Cons
Toxic work environment. CEO disrespects all employees creating hostility. HR team ignores complaints on the female leader on sales team who has no experience in management -treating her team with all the experience (all of them QUIT) like they are misbehaving children. As she chain smokes and is inappropriate on zoom calls.
