Pros
There was not so many pros, but probably the best was no pressure from clients
Cons
The same system to check the ponctuality and working time for devolpement teams as the plant with 5 minutes tolerance each month (surreal) Low wages Terrible climate conditions (some of us had blankets just to not feel cold)
