Pros
The benefits package is relatively good. Some of the more tenured staff are excellent to work with. Global business with international capabilities (although rarely leveraged!) Vacation time is good. Wellness program was a nice touch.
Cons
The business has been in a constant state of flux for the past 2 years. The direction and strategy changes with the wind - the business has lost around 20 key staff members of the past 2 years, huge turnover at board level with 6/7 key changes mainly from staff leaving for better opportunities. Too bureaucratic and slow to adapt to change. Below market salaries and limited opportunity for personal career growth. Existing staff are heavily overworked - when staff members leave, their work is usually allocated to the remaining staff resulting in more work for no more reward. Beware the recent glowing reviews from 2017......they are a PR stunt!!! Do not be fooled!!!
