Pros
Company is quite far behind in many regards technically. This creates great opportunity for employees to add value.
Cons
Leadership preach the importance of colleagues. That colleagues are the most important point in the strategy. Try to promote/claim a "family" culture. However actions of leadership contradict this at every turn. Many redundancies of late. I would envision few opportunities for promotion given this for the short to medium term.
