This is basically a sales company disguised as an ed-tech.
There's not really a clear vision of what the company's mission is and it's mostly a chase of what will bring quick revenue, meaning pretty much everything is built to MVP stage and then dropped to make room for the next sales target and nothing is followed through because quality is not a priority for leadership.
Some key elements of the leadership team don't have the necessary experience which results in subpar decisions affected by poor domain knowledge.
A lot of apparent good intentions but that are very much lip service be it salary benchmarks (where they will still offer people the minimum possible anyway), progression (if you want to move, it's completely up to you to figure out how because there's no development support) or diversity (not at all clear what the policy on that is other than a slack channel).
