Pros
A culture of collaboration and support. Individual strengths are maximized when other team member are willing to pitch in as needed. Lack of ego pushes everyone forward.
Cons
There are many people I haven't met in person yet, but have gotten to know via slack. Not a con as working remotely is ideal. Simply an opportunity for the Pro category to get even bigger!
