Pros

- Culture: diverse team of people of all backgrounds, highly open-minded - Structure: flat structure where everyone's voice is welcome and appreciated, management is easy to approach - Knowledge sharing: politics are minimized in this aspect, anyone can have easy access to knowledge that matters to him/her, even cross-functionally - Personal growth: employees are encouraged to set their own career goals and the team will do their best to support them to get there - Great place to build connections: lots of chances to travel to conferences, meet business partners and learn

Cons

- As the company grows extremely fast with a small number of people, knowledge management is only gradually being put into place now. New hires need to get ready to quickly find their own ways to understand our businesses and acquire fluency in our operations to be able to perform - The company puts growth and client satisfaction as a priority, one must expect to multitask even across functions and work under high pressure sometimes - Given the fast-pace environment one must be able to organize extremely well to not only get the job done but also to think out of the box to find solutions

Pros

- Everyone matters. Even when the company is growing really fast, every single employee has a voice and has the ownership of their projects. - Communication. In medium and big companies, there is a real lack of communication not only between different departments but also between employees from the same department. In BidMotion there different mechanisms to promote communication even between departments, so every one in the company is updated almost daily of the progress of the other work mates or the company. - International, not only with customers all over the globe, but also employees. Even the cofounders are from different countries. - Dynamic. - Flexible. - Benefits. - Extracurricular activities. - ... - And living in Paris.

Cons

- You have to pay part of the benefits. - The taxes in France are a little high.
