Easy sales process.. Great Commission Structure

Not a lot of culture.. Majority of the company works from home..

Like any job, there are ups and downs but there are way more ups here than anywhere else I've worked in my career. The product is solid and has a clear advantage. The leadership team is very tapped into the product and the company isn't overrun by private equity MBAs and changes of leadership every year. It's stable, pays well with good work, grants lots of autonomy, and comfortable in the sense that leadership doesn't have constant changes.

No real cons stand out to me. If I had to think of something it's that it'd be good to have a little more support from marketing.
