      Great family business to be a part of. Hard work is rewarded, constructive criticism from management to help improve. I absolutely love working here and fully intend to be here for many years. I've been here for 4 years so far.

      Family owned atmosphere, great training, work is fairly easy if you are good at trouble shooting.

      Cons

      Can feel like your on an island with covid guidelines currently. But not always like this. Besides that not much cons

      Pros

      Family atmosphere, great leadership, competitive pay, overtime available but not forced, accommodating, extremely involved in the community, and the company is constantly looking to improve their status as well as their employees (advancement opportunities)

      Cons

      I’ve spent the last 5 years 2013-2018 working for the Bug and I can honestly say that I have not one con to write.
