Good Environment, good team and others

Heavy work load, not enuf manpower

I have had the pleasure of working with some exceptional colleagues at Big Box. The team is supportive, collaborative, and genuinely enjoyable to work with.

However, my experience has been hindered by management's disconnect from the staff's wants and needs. e.g. likes to anyhow hire people who cannot perform. Despite their best efforts, management often seems out of touch with the realities of the team's workload, challenges, and aspirations. Their decisions and policies sometimes appear to be based on assumptions rather than genuine understanding, which can lead to frustration and demotivation.
