Good people, great leadership from the 2 owners and the managers, flexible schedule, and made some friends for life here, great for learning a specific vertical in construction - PEMB. Managers and owners offer lots of insights for winning projects. Employees are recognized monthly and annually for performance and other metrics.

Not any to report, I left to move out of state and wish I could have stayed onboard. This is not a job for anyone looking for just a check, build your relationships with clients, hit your call goals and close goals and you will be doing great

It's a decent entry-level job for sales job or construction sales. If you have an ounce of competency you will be able to succeed here. Managers are willing to work with you and want to see you grow. Everyone is friendly.

Limited upward mobility. Some unrealistic goals. Managers have a funny way of smooth-talking any situation into sounding like a win for the employee when it's not. There's a decent bit of micromanagement going on where every little thing you do is tracked. Sometimes the culture is weird where you think someone is your friend or on your team when they're not. If you have any opinions, best to leave them to yourself. Pay can be decent for an entry-level role but unless you're top 10% it's not great. You'll also find yourself in awe sometimes of how hard you have to work to get decent pay. This probably isn't a forever job, but it's decent for a year or so just to get some experience.
