Big joe is clear that we are a client focused company , and that our clients are in field, and the Sales team needs to be at the clients both listening and learning to become their Material handling business partner. The Sales team has a combo of Clients and prospects that are constantly growing. We strongly believe is selling and servicing as many clients as possible in the tightest area , which is where our street by Street motto comes from , this allows both the Sales and the Service to See the client and the client to See and communicate with both the same sales and service to build a relationship. Our Sales team is full of people who have done this very well and is what makes Big joe different than our competitors. Big Joe is full of Go getters who WANT to get see clients and prospects , which is in the field. we have Very strong support for the sales team and expect more from sales than just being a salesperson. We are looking for people who are wanting to get in the field and LEARN from the client and all the various applications and Material handling situation. As we have said , this Field and client focused culture is not for everyone , but it is how Big Joe has learned and will continue to learn and improve. i am personally engaging with each salesperson to enable the learning curve to increase , so please bring this up when we meet so we can see if this is the best fit for you and /or how we can bring some better direction for you to have the opportunity for you to succeed for yourself, big joe and the client.
