Pros

Higher than average pay. Move up VERY quick. Fellow coworkers were great people and fun to work with. They made it worth working there.

Cons

Company is owned by a father and managed by his sons or basically 1 son, BRAD. Always arguing with his other brothers in the office. Please take the advice of all the other reviews on here and avoid working here. You met great people but Brad is completely unpredictable and always changing things based on what he wants and not what is in best interest for his employees or the company. Non of our opinions ever felt like they mattered. The constant inconsistency is not healthy at all. Brad is a SOCIOPATHIC NARCISSIST who just wants to make $$ and doesn't care how his decisions effect the people around him, even tho he tried to pretend like he does care. Constantly having to pick up the pieces and had to LIE to customers because of his over promising things he knows he can not deliver. Any good ideas thrown at him go in one ear and come out the other. People here are extremely over worked bcus he refuses to hire certain departments help, even with a huge work load. Employee turn over rate is insanely high because of this. The friends i made while working here and the higher than average pay was the only thing that made me stay as long as i did. I truly feel bad for the owner, we deserves to retire but can't because of how unpredictable his son is. PLEASE avoid working here if you can.

Good environment, friendly crews, nice break room. Working alongside Rod and his family has been a tremendous experience!

Cons

Not enough snacks in said back room.

Pros

Working with the mid-level directors and managers along with the team of dedicated, exceptional employees.

Cons

The executive team seriously need to reflect among themselves and determine if what they're doing is the right course of action for the organization. There is a member of the executive that bully and harass other team members and this individual is not being reprimanded for their unprofessional behavior even with HR and the mid-level management team providing concrete examples and recommendations to fix the situation. There is no set direction for sustainable growth in the organization. Policies and procedures are constantly changing outside of HR. It's amazing this company is still operating.
