Pros
Smaller facility, resident to staff ratio was the best I've ever seen. Housekeeping is very friendly & Residents are very friendly.
Cons
Lazy team members, they want you to use lifts alone, lots of call offs, mandatory stay overs, expensive lunch, neglect happens.
