Appreciate my colleagues, leniency and the opportunity given to me by management. There is nowhere else in Commerce to find a job like this.

Need to make documentation, not everything is fully standardized yet.

The only positive is the coworkers, who are supportive and try to help each other survive this environment.

Management consistently abuses employees by assigning work far outside of their roles without any support or additional compensation. The company refuses to hire enough staff, forcing employees to take on overwhelming workloads until they are completely burned out. Upper management, specially the CEO, shows little to no respect for employees and appears more focused on ego and personal pride than actually running the company effectively. Leadership is disorganized, unprofessional, and lacks basic management skills. Employees are treated as disposable, and their well-being is clearly not a priority. On top of all this, there are little to no benefits.
