Thank you for sharing your feedback. We're glad our flexible work-from-home policy has been a positive part of your experience. We take concerns about career growth, recognition, and management seriously. Ensuring that employees receive transparent, consistent feedback on their performance — and that promotions reflect merit — is important to us, and we recognize we have work to do in making that a more consistent experience across our teams, including in Chennai.

Pros

Product quality has significantly improved over the years. Scanning every type of data for sensitive elements is hard. Rare the product loses in head to head fair evaluations.

Cons

Market has been negatively impacted by competitors spending way more $ to buy influencers like CISOs & Resellers.

Pros

Seen as a leader in their space

Cons

The impression I got is that they were in panic mode looking for investors or a buyer and there are concerns about other AI tools closing the gap to make them less distinct in the market. Recent massive layoffs only reinforce this idea to me.
