The direct support manager and team lead really care about the team beyond the contributions to the company.
Cons
Many layoffs. Upper management does not listen to employees. Upper management only sees numbers, not people. Laid off out of nowhere, discarded like nothing. All employees who earned raises were told that it's no longer happening.
