This company pays very poorly low wages for their employees this company has a very high turnover rate this company struggles to retrain or replacing lost workers this company refuses to pay their employees livable wages management only cares about hitting their production quota if you don’t hit your quota you’ll be in bad terms with management as you need to prove yourself you can produce to be on their good side your held accountable for all the downtime your machine is down whether it breaks down or maintenance is required your at fault for it there’s a lot of drama going on between employees and management it’s a hostile environment
