Organized, treated their people well

A little bureaucratic, sometimes not enough work

Decent Pay and PTO, variety of Projects, good people that want to get the work done.

DO NOT WORK HERE!! If you’re not part of the “good ol’ boys club”, they will find a way to get rid of you. Don’t challenge them or try to make changes, they will get rid of you. Way too political and dramatic, the amount of backstabbing and lying is appalling. Upper Management “hears what you say” but does little to nothing to make changes. Site Managers make borderline racist and antisemitic “jokes”. Site Managers also like to sit in their office all day and play Candy Crush, buy sports tickets, or play with the stock market instead of being involved. Site Managers brush off problems when you bring them to them and do nothing to help but expect you to have it fixed or figure it out on your own. They have perfected the art of weaponizing PIP’s and will definitely make any and all goals unattainable. The lack of communication is appalling. The IT Department might as well be a call center. The amount of coverups for safety violations and accidents is borderline criminal. Forced Overtime during outages with no attempt at compensation or flexing if you are salary, I’m talking 12+ hours a day for 9 days straight and you only get your 40. The lawsuits all three branches of Bilfinger are currently in definitely reflect their work ethic and accountability. They have their own systems that are so different from anything any other company uses, you end up feeling handicapped when you leave, good luck in the world outside Bilfinger unless you already know different programs. JUST DON’T WORK THERE!!
