Cons
1. Timings: To meet the deadlines generally people extend and stay up late.
2. Strong opinion of the CEO: Lot of times the CEO's decision is final, no matter you have a better solution which is opted later.
3. Firing people: If a candidate is not able to fit within the culture, they'll let them go every quarter.
